Returns and Refunds Policy

At Aria Fryerz, we strive to provide high-quality kitchen appliances and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy outlines the conditions and time frames under which returns and refunds may be requested.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation included. Products that show signs of use, damage caused by improper handling, or missing parts may not qualify for a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to provide photos or details of the issue so our team can review and resolve the matter quickly. If the claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or return process.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team within the 7-day return window. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund process will be initiated within 5–10 business days after inspection. Refunds will only be issued if the product meets the return eligibility requirements.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • The item is returned without original packaging or accessories
  • The product was purchased during special promotions or clearance sales, unless it arrives damaged or defective

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or prepared for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Processing Time

Return reviews, approvals, and refund processing may take up to 10 business days depending on the inspection and verification process.
